A leader with more than 20 years of experience in multinational companies across diverse industries - from telecommunications and energetics to the development of luxury destinations. Throughout my career, I have been particularly drawn to the corporate world, primarily because of people: their behaviors, relationships, culture, and the strength that diversity brings. Most of my professional journey has been in human resources management, where I found my true role as a partner and advisor to senior leadership, contributing to strategy development, leadership growth, and organizational change management. I have grown professionally by embracing challenges, viewing each one as an opportunity for further development. I am willing to step out of my comfort zone, quick to recognize and adapt to change, communicate clearly, and translate vision into decisive, forward-moving actions. I believe that the essence of great leadership lies in trust, clear communication, and the selfless sharing of knowledge and experience.
